How to Complete Your Stripe Account Setup to Receive Payouts

When you activate your Stripe account through Luna Salud, you can immediately start collecting payments from your patients. However, in order for the money to be transferred to your bank account, Stripe requires you to complete a few setup steps.


🚨 What happens if you don’t complete the setup?

  • You will still be able to collect payments from your patients.

  • The money will remain on hold in your Stripe balance until you finish the setup.

  • No deposits will be sent to your bank account until all steps are completed.


✅ Steps to enable payouts in Stripe

  1. Check your email for a message from Stripe with your personalized setup link (also check your spam or promotions folder).

  2. If you cannot find the email, go directly to 👉 https://dashboard.stripe.com/ and log in with the email address registered to your Stripe account. Stripe will show you any pending steps once you’re logged in.

  3. Accept Stripe’s Terms and Conditions.

  4. Add a valid bank account where you want to receive your payouts.


📌 Important

  • The setup link is personalized for each clinic and is sent to the email address registered in Stripe.

  • Once the steps are completed, Stripe will activate your account and you will begin receiving automatic payouts to your bank.

  • Until then, the funds will remain in your Stripe balance, but they will not be lost.
